Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers 10 premium orders per month with branded tracking, AI chat, self-serve cancellations, and basic analytics. There is no credit card required and no time limit.
How does the order limit work?
Premium orders are orders that use Trexa's tracking page and AI features. The counter resets at the start of each billing cycle. If you exceed your plan limit, additional orders fall back to standard Shopify order status and you can upgrade at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time directly from inside the Shopify admin. Changes take effect immediately and Shopify prorates your billing.
Do paid plans include a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 14-day trial when you upgrade from the Free plan, so you can evaluate Starter, Growth, or Pro without commitment. Most merchants start on the Free plan first to see the product in action.
What is the difference between Growth and Pro?
