Terms of Service

By installing, accessing, or using Trexa ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including Shopify store owners and their customers who interact with Trexa-powered tracking pages.

Trexa provides Shopify merchants with:

• Branded Tracking Pages: Customizable order tracking pages that display on your subdomain
• AI-Powered Customer Support: An intelligent chat assistant that answers common customer questions about orders, shipping, and returns
• Analytics Dashboard: Real-time metrics showing ticket deflection, customer interactions, and support performance
• Email Templates: Pre-built templates for shipping notifications and customer communications
• Conversation Management: Tools to manage escalated customer inquiries

To use Trexa, you must have an active Shopify store and install our application through the Shopify App Store. By installing Trexa, you authorize us to access your store data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account. Trexa is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Free Trial: New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features, limited to 25 orders.

Paid Plans: After the trial, you may subscribe to one of our paid plans:

• Starter: $29/month - Up to 200 orders
• Growth: $79/month - Up to 1,000 orders
• Pro: $199/month - Up to 8,000 orders
• Enterprise: Custom pricing for unlimited orders

Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Shopify's billing system. Charges are recurring and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Trexa and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your store data, branding assets, and customer information. By using Trexa, you grant us a limited license to use this content solely to provide the Service.

Trexa uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to customer inquiries based on your store's policies and order information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies.

You are responsible for reviewing and configuring AI behavior through your settings. Trexa is not liable for any damages resulting from AI-generated responses. You should always have escalation paths for complex customer issues.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TREXA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO TREXA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trexa and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content or data you provide through the Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days of termination, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trexa operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
